DETOX BATH GUIDELINES

Why is detox important? 

Our bodies accumulate a lot of toxins from the air we breathe, the water we drink and our food. These together with high levels of electro-magnetic radiation causes enormous stress which over time leads to dis-ease.

The detox formula is recommended by the EESystem inventor Dr Sandra Rose Michael, to help your body eliminate these toxins and plays a crucial role in your treatment and success.

***Please note: The salts aren’t mixed so if using a smaller amount make sure to tip the contents out and mix them before using. 


What is the formula?

We recommend:

2 cups of sea salt, 2 cups of bi-carb soda and 1 cup of borax in a warm to hot bath.

Optional extras may include: essential oils, bentonite clay, 2 tsps matcha green tea or 2 tsps ginger powder.

Placing a wet towel over your chest if your bath is small helps to eliminate more toxins. Be mindful that if the bath is too hot it can make you nauseous.

Do NOT use epsom salts as this is absorbed by the body and this is a detoxification process.


How long do I spend in the bath?

20 – 30 minutes is recommended, longer for a foot bath.

 

What if I don’t have a bath?

A footbath is fine, just be sure to immerse your feet and legs as much as possible and use 1/2 – 1 cup of the bath salts.  *** The salts aren’t mixed so ensure you tip them out and mix  before using a smaller amount than the whole bag.

You could do the foot bath more than once if you feel inclined.
